Maj. Gen. Vincent R. Stewart passes the Marine Corps colors Maj. Gen. Daniel J. O’Donohue during a change of command ceremony Jan. 21, 2015, at Fort George G. Meade, Md. Stewart relinquished his position as commanding general of Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace to O'Donohue to take the position as director of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and commander of the Joint Functional Component Command for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JFCC-ISR).
