Frank Fay, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, teaches Marines and their spouses how to successfully prepare for an upcoming deployment Jan. 16 at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma’s Habu Pit club. The class introduced common problems that arise and how to avoid them before the deployment. Fay is the director of Marine Corps Family Team Building, Marine and Family Branch, Marine Corps Community Services Division. The Marines and spouses are with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 (Reinforced), currently assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit as the aviation combat element.
