Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Tory Madsen, assigned to Underwater Construction Team One (UCT ONE), conducts pre-dive safety checks on Lt. Cmdr. Ben Wainwright, commanding officer of UCT ONE during diver training aboard USAV Matamoros (LCU-2026).
