Brig. Gen. Edward Banta, the commanding general of Marine Corps Installations West-Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, visits the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., station mess hall for a sit-down luncheon with the station sergeant major, Sgt. Maj. Delvin Smythe, and eight Marines from various units, Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015. During lunch, Banta talked to the Marines to get a better understanding of their daily lives on station.
