U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham is presented with a satellite image of the U.S. Capitol building by Eagle Vision 4 personnel assigned to the 169th Communications Flight at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, S.C. Jan. 11, 2015. Graham was the guest speaker during the ribbon cutting and inauguration of the Eagle Vision unit at the base.
