Vandal, commanding general for the 2nd Infantry Division, for winning the runner-up in the 2nd Infantry Division Army Award for Maintenance Excellence at 2-9th Infantry motor pool Camp Casey, South Korea, Jan. 7. Company E was selected for the Department of the Army AAME finalist out of the three units across the Army.
