An Iraqi soldier serving with the 6th Iraqi Army Division holds a saline intravenous bag while "treating" the wounds of a fellow Soldier during simulated Combat Life Saver training in northwest Baghdad, May 6. The Soldiers worked with U.S. Soldiers serving with the 5th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad to learn the necessary skills for helping to save someone's life during combat.
