Cashiers assigned to Joint Forces Command – United Assistance provide service members an opportunity to get cash and submit pay inquiries at Roberts International Airfield, Liberia, Dec. 10, 2014. Private Hayley Noble, left, cashier, 101st FMSU, said they give troops an alternative to depending on unreliable ATMs to access cash. Troops deployed to Liberia in support of Operation United Assistance depend entirely on the finance unit to bring them money in order to purchase goods. Operation United Assistance is a Department of Defense operation in Liberia to provide logistics, training and engineering support to U.S. Agency for International Development-led efforts to contain the Ebola virus outbreak in western Africa.
