Naval Aircrewman (Helicopter) 2nd Class Samuel Wallace and Brad Gibbs, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26, Det.1, conduct a vertical onboard delivery with U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Wrangell (WPB 1332).
