Harry Harris Jr., commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, watches and waits for a remote-controlled model aircraft to deliver the text of his speech during the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) TechNet Asia-Pacific 2014 conference in Honolulu.
