Civic and military leaders got the opportunity to fly on a C-130H and participate in Operation Christmas Drop to better understand its unique role in the Pacific. OCD 14 is a combined effort between the 374th Airlift Wing, Yokota AB, Japan, the 36th Wing based at Andersen AF, Guam and the 515th Air Mobility Operations Wing, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI.
