The Battalion Commanders of all six subordinate battalions of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team “Spartans”, 3rd Infantry Division, pick up the logs that will then be carried for a run during a special ‘Spartan 6 Physical Training Challenge” for all officers of the brigade, Oct. 24. This will be the last Spartan 6 Challenge, as the 2nd ABCT just conducted its reorganization, transferring nearly 2000 Soldiers to other organizations within the installation’s footprint, making this the last time the 2nd ABCT will go on a run as a complete organization.
