Sailors with the dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45) lower a rigid-hulled inflatable boat (RHIB) into the water to escort a landing craft utility ashore in support of exercise Red Reef 15, Dec. 7, 2014. The Comstock is a part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, with the embarked 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.(U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
