A U.S. Marine assigned to SPMAGTF Crisis Response – Africa runs towards cover while another Marine provides suppressive fire to support his movement during a fire and maneuver range at Morón Air Base, Spain, Dec. 3, 2014. The training refined the Marines' basic infantry tactics of closing with and destroying the enemy using fire and maneuver. SPMAGTF-CR-AF is a self-mobile crisis response force that conducts missions to protect U.S. personnel, property and interests in the U.S. Africa Command area of responsibility.
