Lt. Col. Elliott Rogers, commander of 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division delivered opening remarks during the annual tree lighting ceremony at Camp Stanley, South Korea, Dec. 4. Soldiers gathered for the lighting and enjoyed performances by the 2nd Infantry Division Band Brass Quintet and local children’s choir.
