Soldiers of the 3rd Human Resources Sustainment Center based out of Jackson, Miss., held a transfer of authority ceremony with the 14th HRSC based out of Fort Bragg, N.C., Nov. 29, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The ceremony marked the end of the 3rd HRSC's nine month deployment to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The director of the 14th HRSC, Col. Ralph Williams said his unit is "eager to blaze new paths throughout the area of operations. We are trained and ready and look forward to the next nine months." (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
