Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific Executive Officer Capt. Gisele Bonitz spoke to students, parents and volunteers during the opening ceremony of the For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) Lego League (FLL) Qualifying Tournament at East Lake High School in Chula Vista, Calif., Nov. 16, 2014.
