Pfc. Kerry Frazier, a food service specialist and shift leader at Barclay Training Center, Monrovia, Liberia, with Joint Forces Command - United Assistance, took some time to share why he’s thankful to wear the Army’s uniform, Nov. 25, 2014. “I’m thankful to wake up every morning and wear this uniform,” said the Charleston, S.C., native. “I’m also grateful that I can make my family proud and do something positive with my life.” Operation United Assistance is a Department of Defense operation in Liberia to provide logistics, training and engineering support to U.S. Agency for International Development-led efforts to contain the Ebola virus outbreak in western Africa.
