NMCB 4 participated in the five-week trilateral exercise Hari’I Hamutuk, where engineers and constructionmen from NMCB 4, U.S. Marine Corps 3rd Combat Assault Battalion, Fantil-Forças de Defesa de Timor Leste Combat Engineer Company, and the Australian Combat Engineer Regiment worked together to build two major and five minor projects.
