Capt. Christopher Bushnell, commander, Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) Three One, delivers remarks during a change of command ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Shea Thompson relieved Cmdr. Anthony Littmann of command of the guided-missile destroyer USS Chafee (DDG 90). The ship was named for the late Sen. John H.
