Adm. Gary Roughead, chief of Naval Operations, receives a tour of the bridge aboard the People's Liberation Army Navy type 920 hospital ship Daishandao while visiting with senior PLA naval leadership in Qingdao, China. Roughead visited China to participate in the 60th anniversary of the founding of the PLA navy and to foster naval and military relationships between the two nations and explore areas for enhanced cooperation.
