A tester with the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (USAEPG) runs a Mid-tier Networking Vehicular Radio (MNVR) through a bench test before moving the radio for an open-air developmental test at Fort Huachuca on Sept. 23. MNVR is a next-generation radio system designed to bridge both data and voice communications from brigade and battalion to lower, tactical levels. USAEPG is the Army’s designated developmental tester for a variety of technology systems that include radios and networks. (Photo by Ray K. Ragan, U.S. Army)
