Members of the U.S. Coast Guard participated in the 5th Annual Maritime Risk Symposium held at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Nov. 18-19, 2014. The annual symposium is a forum for members of the maritime industry, scholars and military representatives to discuss economic, technological and policy issues relating to the marine environment.
