Maj. Karl Groninger, the senior enlisted Soldier in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Groninger and Chief of Engineers Lt. Gen. Thomas P. Bostick received tours of 2nd Engineer Brigade Headquarters and briefs covering the unit's diverse missions.
