Lashaundra Sapp, chief storekeeper, passes out 50/50 raffle tickets at the entrance to Naval Station Norfolk's Chief Petty Officers' 116th birthday luncheon at the Vista Point Center. The ceremony and luncheon gave local Chiefs the opportunity to take pause and commemorate the 116th anniversary of the establishment of the rank of Chief Petty Officer on April 1, 1893.
