Joint Forces Five is a multi-service organization of members with the rank of E-5 assigned to Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, and are part of the Combined Task Force-Horn of Africa mission. CJTF-HOA conducts sustained security engagement through military-to-military programs, military-sponsored activities and other military operations as directed to promote a stable African environment in support of United States foreign policy.
