The Royal Casino 1 cruise ship sits 12 miles west of Port Richey, Florida, after a 45-foot Response-Boat Medium crew from Coast Guard Station Sand Key, Florida, medevaced a 55-year-old man from the vessel, Oct. 24, 2014.
