Spc. Alexander Whitehurst, an infantryman assigned to Charlie Troop, 173rd Airborne Brigade, is awarded the Expert Infantryman Badge after finishing a weeklong competition where he competed in his knowledge and display of his warrior tasks and drills, alongside troops of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, at Rose Barracks, Germany, Oct. 24, 2014.
