Michael Stone, the Michigan National Guard assistant adjutant general for Installations, the “Delivering on the Promise Honor Roll” on behalf of the American Jobs for America’s Heroes, at an award reception in Washington, D.C., Oct. 23, 2014. Stone accepted the award on behalf of the Michigan National Guard, in recognition of the MING’s specific strategies undertaken to link troops with employment and vocational training opportunities.
