Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Steven W. Cantrell speaks to permanent party members aboard U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, N.J., Oct. 24, 2014. During his visit, Cantrell participated in presenting awards to staff members, dined with recruits in the galley and spoke with the parents of this week's graduating recruit company, Juliet 190. The MCPOCG position is the top-enlisted person in the Coast Guard and Cantrell is the 12th person to ever hold the position of E10 in the Coast Guard.
