All hands on deck as Soldiers from 3rd Platoon, 643rd Engineer Company, 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, tackles one nine concrete pads Sept. 29, 2014, at Marine Corps Base-Hawaii’s Range One. The concrete pads are the base for walls which will encase Moveable Infantry Target Systems that Marines will be able to engage as part of advanced marksmanship training.
