Spc. Matthew Burnett instructs a marksmanship class, demonstrating proper firing position to fellow Soldiers of the 115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment Oct. 18 in Umatilla Army Depot, located in eastern Oregon. Over the weekend the 115th MPAD conducted a yearly individual marksmanship qualification with their assigned weapons, one of the many required yearly task for every member of the Oregon Army National Guard.
