Veterans Affairs hospital hosts health assessment

Indiana National Guard Sgt. Maj. Lance Hockwalt, operations sergeant major of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, studies a post deployment health reassessment survey during a drill weekend held at Roudebush Veterans Affairs Hospital in Indianapolis. Hockwalt, along with thousands of other Indiana National Guard Soldiers, recently returned from Iraq. The Soldiers are in the process of completing the transition process.
