A preschooler introduces herself in English to Marines and her classmates during the “Play in English” program Sept. 19 at Namisato Nursery in Kin Town. “I believe it is a benefit to kids when they start learning (English) when they are young,” said Yoko Nakama. “They naturally improve their listening skills, and they are not hesitant to speak up or listen to English.” Nakama is the director of Namisato Nursery.
