Members of Security Cooperation Team 5B, Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa present an oar to Captain Stephane Bullet, the company commander and senior ranking officer for the Cameroonian Naval Commando Company (COPALCO) in Cameroon, Sept. 28, 2014. The team created the oar in Cameroon and wrapped the handles in parachute cord. In the center of the paddle are the ranks of the SCT-5B team members, with the paddle portion holding patches from the Coast Guard, Navy and Marine Corps.
