Sailors tend a phone and distance line during a replenishment-at-sea aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) for Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX15). PHIBLEX15 is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Germantown is part of the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
