U.S. Marine Corps CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter prepares to insert Marines with 3rd Batallion, 3rd Marine Regiment (3/3), 3rd Marine Division, 3rd Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) during a Heavy Huey Raid at K-9 Village, Yuma Proving Grounds, Yuma, Ariz., Oct. 1, 2014. The exercise was part of Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) 1-15 course, a seven week training event hosted by Marine Aviation and Weapon Tactics Squadron (MAWTS-1) cadre. MAWTS-1 provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine Aviation Training and Readiness and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
