Members of the 145th Maintenance Group witness an assumption of command ceremony for U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Stephen J. Mallette, held at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Oct. 4, 2014. Mallette assumed command of the 145th MXG after having served as commander for the 118th Aerial Support Operations Squadron.
