U.S. Army cavalrymen from the 4th Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment, Task Force Sinai treat a simulated casualty during the combat life-savers portion of the Multinational Force and Observers annual Force Skills Competition. During the competition, 10 nations came together on one stage to compete in a number of events. At the end of the day, the 4-3 Cav Soldiers took home top honors.
