Cadet Lauren Devlin of the King George High School (King George, Va.) Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) and fellow color guard members concentrate on their military bearing and drill execution during their appearance at the 15th annual NJROTC Drill Competition at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). NJROTC color guard units from the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia fiercely competed Sept. 27 for an opportunity to present the nation’s colors at the Navy Ball in Washington.
