Chief Petty Officer Joshua Marzi and Petty Officer 3rd Class Kyle Breen-Tapia,, crew members from Coast Guard Station Atlantic City, N.J., place a handmade, wooden boat into the ocean approximately three miles offshore from Atlantic City during a burial at sea Sept. 29, 2014.
