Tommy Clack was the featured speaker at the Vietnam Memorial in Emmet Park in downtown Savannah, Ga., to honor the prisoners of war, and missing in action from all wars Sept. 19. Clack was born and raised in Decatur, Ga. and lost three limbs in a firefight in Vietnam while serving as a forward observer with the 25th Infantry Division.
