Chief Builder (SCW) John Armstrong receives his chief petty officer cover from his sponsor Chief Gunner's Mate (EXW) Eric Crim during the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Two Five (NMCB 25) chief pinning ceremony at New Kabul Compound, Sept. 21. The battalion participated in the storied naval tradition by pinning Armstrong and three other selectees to chief petty officers during its deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
