A CV-22 B Osprey tilt rotor helicopter at the Army Airfield, Baumholder Military Training Area, Exercise Jackal Stone is a United States Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) led exercise, which supports and enhances established professional military-to military relationships and builds new ones among all participating nations' militaries by sharing doctrinal concepts, training concepts and tactics.
