U.S. Army Pfc. Kevin Alba, with Bavaria Medical Department Activity, Europe Regional Medical Command, applies first aid to a simulated casualty during the 2014 U.S. Army Europe Best Warrior Competition, in Grafenwoehr, Germany, Sept. 15, 2014.
