Filipino children watch as U.S. Marines with Combat Engineer Platoon, Marine Wing Support Squadron 172 pump water used for mixing concrete to be used in the foundation of a classroom being built by U.S. Marines and the Armed Forces of the Philippines, along with local volunteers in Palawan, Philippines on September 13, 2014, as part of the humanitarian and civic projects leading up to Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX 15).
