Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Stanek passes on the unit flag to Maj. Gen. David Conboy to mark his last day as commanding general of the 416th Theater Engineer Command during the relinquishment of command ceremony held at the Parkhurst U.S. Army Reserve Center in Darien, Ill., Sept. 13.
