U.S. Air Force Col. John Brunhaver cuts a cake along side Maj. Gen. Ronald Ladnier, commander of 17th Air Force and U.S. Air Forces Africa during a change of command ceremony at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Feb. 27. Col. Brunhaver is the new commander of the 449 Air Expeditionary Group. Camp Lemonier is the hub of the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, helping Africans solve African challenges, while fostering regional stability.
