Maj. Gen. Michael Bills, commander of the 1st Cavalry Division and Regional Command –South, displays an Australian inspired version of the 1st Cavalry Patch to town hall attendees, both at the Fort Hood Community Event Center and online, to illustrate the great working relationships between the U.S. and Australia in Afghanistan during the division’s virtual town hall Sept. 4. The virtual town hall provided family members, Soldiers, and friends of the Division the opportunity to interact with the division’s leadership by asking questions at the Fort Hood Community Events Center or virtually through the unit’s social media presences.
