Container delivery system bundles filled with fresh drinking water sit in the dark on C-17 Globemaster III in preparation for a humanitarian airdrop over the area of Amirli, Iraq, Aug. 31, 2014. Lights are dimmed or shut off completely to lower visibility to threats from the ground.
